1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse the products, add the items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Fill in your details, choose a payment method, and place the order.

2. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest.
However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history easily.

Once the item is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
10. What if I entered the wrong address?

If the order has not been shipped, we will update the address.
If already shipped, the courier may not allow changes, and additional charges may apply.
